Salad
Chicken Salad

2 c. cooked, diced, (not ground) chicken
1/2-1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. cooked small shell macaroni
1/2 c. sweet red pepper shredded fine
1/4 c. sweet pickle sliced thin or equal amount of sweet relish
Seasoned salt to taste.

Mayonnaise to moisten to desired softness. Chill, serve on lettuce leaf and garish with onion rings, tomato slices,olives, etc.

Four - five servings.
