Easy Christmas Sweets

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 cube good grade margarine, softened but not melted
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. unflavored gelatine softened in 1 Tbsp. cold water and melted over hot water.

Stir into sugar mixture, add 1/2 C. chopped walnuts.

Roll into a log then in ground walnuts or 1/4 C. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. dry jello.

Slice and let dry somewhat before storing.
