Kitchen Bouquet
Holiday Salad

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese—softened
1 c. diced apple—peeled if you prefer
1/2 c. red and 1/2 c. green maraschino cherries—cut in two and well drained
1 c. mayonnaise

Boil sugar and pineapple together two min. Stir in gelatine, add cheese and stir ‘til well blended.

Cool til thickened and add other ingredients.

Chill, cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
