Banana-Ginger Cream

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 1/2 c. non-dairy whipped topping
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbsp. ginger-zucchini jam (Jelly section, this book)

Stir ginger jam into whipped topping, then beat pudding mix and milk approximately two minutes. Fold ginger mixture and banana into pudding mix. Spoon into serving dishes and chill.

Use other instant pudding mixes with whipped topping also.
