Banana Cream Pie

Slice 2 bananas into baked 9 inch pie shell.

Mix together:
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cold water

Stir and cook over medium heat ‘til thick and add:
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg

Pour filling over sliced bananas in a baked pie shell and chill ‘til set—two hours or more.

Serve with whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping.
