Beet Syrup

Use on pancakes, cereal, puddings, rice, etc.

3 c. beet juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 pkg. pectin
3 c. sugar
1/2 dmsll pkg. mixed fruit flavored gelatine

Boil beet juice, lemon juice, pectin and sugar 4-5 minutes.

Take from heat and add gelatine. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal if to be kept long.
