Puddings and Sauces
Brown Sugar Sauce

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter

Mix cornstarch with brown sugar and add to other ingredients. Stir while bringing to a boil. If desired, add 1—2 Tbsp. rum or brandy for flavor. Serve warm over warm puddings.
