Cabbage Cooler

Shred very fine cabbage for required number of servings. Sprinkle with cold water and set in refrigerator to crisp. Shortly before serving, drain or press out water and alternate layers of cabbage with thin slices of crisp radishes, peeled and quartered, sliced cucumber or zucchini, and small shreds of sweet red pepper. Pass a shaker of oil dressing or sprinkle layers lightly, but do not stir or mix 'til ready to eat.
