Puddings and Sauces
Caroline’s Apple Pudding

Set oven to 400°F. (Will reduce to 350°F).

Put in a baking dish:
3 c. chopped apples
Sprinkle on top:
1/4 c. brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. (approx.) cinnamon

Place in a oven while mixing dough

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. white sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk (or enough to make a spoon batter)

Reduce heat to 350°F and pour dough over apples. Bake ‘til apples and dough are done.
