Chicken Salad

1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. shredded lettuce . . . keep crisp until final mixing
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced cucumber or zucchini
Dash of seasoned salt
Little pimiento or sweet red pepper, cut very fine
1/2 c. croutons
Mayonnaise to moisten well
Make individual servings on lettuce leaf or mound on a large plate and surround with any of the following: onion rings, tomato wedges, olives, egg slices, or pickles.
