Company Sour Cream Biscuits

So Easy!

2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (scant)
1 c. whipping cream (dairy)
1 (scant) Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. cold water to make a medium soft dough

Stir all together and pat out dough to 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a small cutter for company size. May bake on ungreased pan, 15-18 minutes at 400-450°F.
