Cool Salad Platter

In center of a platter place a large cupped lettuce leaf and fill with drained pickled beets. Around the edge arrange alternate slices of cucumber or zucchini, tomatoes, sweet onion slices and radish roses or carrot curls-if you feel creative. Pass a dish of sour cream dressing.
