Prepare Basic Dough for Rolls and Buns, or Quick Mix Whey Dough

After second rising, roll very thin. Cut a piece 6 inches wide the length of the roll. Spread with soft butter or margarine. Cut strip half in two and lay one half on top of the other, butter side up. Cut in two lengthwise and lay one on top, butter side up. Cut strip in half lengthwise and cut across in squares.

Stand on edge in greased muffin pans. Let rolls rise ‘til light and bake 18-20 minutes at 375-400°F. When done brush with melted butter or margarine.
