Ginger Cake

Set oven at 350°F.

Put in a mixing bowl and beat together:
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. (one 1/2 pint pkg.) whipping cream
3 eggs
1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
Add:
1 1/2 c. cake flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. cold water with 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat well. Bake in 2 layers, 20-25 minutes. Your choice of icings.
