Honey Fudge

1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
3 Tbsp. honey

Use a heavy pan. Cook at low temperature 'til it forms a firm ball in cold water. Beat ‘til partly cool. Stir in 1 c. sifted powdered sugar. Add chopped nuts, if desired.

Pour on a buttered plate and cut when cool.
