Low Cholesterol Salad Dressing

1/2 c. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. powdered whey (optional)
1/4 c. ice water
1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 c. non-dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp, lemon pepper or seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 scant tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Beat 'til' well blended.
