Pickles, Condiments and Oddments
Mustard Hot Sauce

1 large onion, grated or ground fine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard or 1/3 turmeric
Vinegar to make a creamy thick paste.

Stir to blend and put away in small jars. Keep lid on snugly when not in use.
