Orange-Grapefruit-Cocoanut Mound

1 pink grapefruit
1 orange
cocoanut
maraschino cherries, if desired
Peel orange and grapefruit, remove white membrane and separate into sections. With a sharp knife or scissors cut sections into bite-size pieces. Mix lightly and drain; Mound on lettuce leaf on chilled plate. Sprinkle with cocoanut and top with a cherry, if desired.
