Puddings and Sauces
Orange Sauce

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. orange juice and little grated rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 egg yolks, beaten

Mix all ingredients except egg yolks. Stir and boil one minute. Stir in beaten yolks and cook one minute more. Serve over white or yellow cakes.
