Parkerhouse Rolls

Prepare Basic Dough for Rolls and Buns, or Quick Mix Whey Dough

After second rising, turn out on a board or cloth and roll to 1/2 inch for Parkerhouse. Cut circle with doughnut cutter or mason jar lid and place a dab of butter in center. Fold in half and cut into straight side with a sharp knife, but not clear through, so roll will lay more flat. Let rolls rise ‘til light and bake 18-20 minutes at 375-400°F When done brush with melted butter or margarine.
