Pork Chops In Basic Spanish Sauce

Brown meat in drippings, butter or oil on both sides, and cover with Basic Spanish Sauce.

Bake at low temperature, or simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. May add mushrooms or slices of green pepper and extra onion, if desired.

Dust generously with paprika when bringing to the table.
