Potato-Burger Bake

2 c. cooked cubed potatoes in a casserole
1/2 lb. or more cooked ground round or lean burger
2-3 Tbsp. minced onion

Pour over all 1 can cream of celery soup diluted with 1 can water.

Place in a 350° oven.

When bubbly, cover with crumbs made of 8-10 rolled crackers stirred into 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine.

Dust with paprika and bake 'til crumbs are light brown.
