Round Steak In Mushroom Gravy

Pound 2 Tbsp. flour into each side of half a round steak. Brown meat in drippings, butter or oil on both sides , and cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 c. water. 

Bake at low temperature, or simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Lift meat to a hot platter and spoon sauce or gravy over to serve.
