Spare Ribs Special

Another Use for Basic Spanish Sauce.

Brown spare ribs in a hot oven and drain off grease. In the same pan cover with Basic Spanish Sauce mixed with mushrooms, (stems and pieces are o.k.). Add sliced water chestnuts, if desired.

Bake covered at 300°F about 1 1/2 hours, basting and turning occasionally.
