Wild Oregon Grape Jelly

Diluted one-half apple juice one-half Oregon grape juice, it makes a tart, tasty jelly.

Use large kettle. Bring to a boil:
4 c. juice mixture
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
1/2 tsp. butter

5 c. sugar, bring to a quick boil. Cook ‘til it sheets from spoon.

Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin.
